Louis has over 25 years of international experience - Southern and West Africa (Harare, Zimbabwe and Accra, Ghana); Europe (London, UK); and North America (Kent and Cleveland, Ohio; Atlanta Metropolitan area, Georgia; Salt Lake City Metropolitan area, Utah; Tampa Bay and Orlando Metropolitan areas, Florida).Louis is the only person in the world to have serveed as City Planner for Both a Summer and Winter Olympic Games HOst City.
